Criminal Record Check - As there is not a nationwide system accessible to the public for searching criminal records, our investigators use a vast network of county court contacts to search for records of your tenant applicant. As well, statewide criminal searches are not as reliable and do not contain all information that would appear at the county level. CTS recommends that county searches be done on all potential tenants. An investigation of criminal records offers a greater insight into a perspective applicant past history. We supply a wide array of criminal record searches including county, statewide and federal record searches. We also provide information for terrorist watch list as well as sex offenders.
